Holi 2026

On Monday 2nd March Year 5 learned about Holi, known as the "Festival of Colours". It is a vibrant Hindu spring festival celebrated mainly in India and Nepal, typically in March. It marks the end of winter, welcomes spring, and celebrates the triumph of good over evil. A huge thank you to Mrs Bansal for kindly providing the powder paints so that our Year 5 children could take part in Holi celebrations. The children had a wonderful time celebrating and learning about this vibrant festival!
